I got a new monitor the other day -- a 19" flat panel. It works great once windows loads, but while booting I get a strange split screen effect. This particular "screenshot" was of a chkdsk session I ran after I started getting memory errors. Had to swap out PC3200 for PC2700 RAM and everything is working fine now.
It's amazing what a gig of RAM will do for performance.
